This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the cp502 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the cp502 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of the cp502 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration;
- Are legally competent to enter into binding contracts;
- Are not on any list of individuals or groups prohibited from using online gambling services under the laws of their country;
- Use the platform for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
Cp502 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts that fail to meet these eligibility requirements may be suspended or closed without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to have one (1) account active on cp502. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. cp502 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by the user.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. cp502 will never ask for your password through any channel.
Any activity carried out through your account is deemed to have been performed by you, unless you report unauthorised access to the support team within 24 hours. cp502 reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts where unauthorised access is suspected.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to influence or manipulate game outcomes
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised methods
- Registering using a false or borrowed identity
- Placing bets using a payment method that does not belong to you
Payments, Transactions & Malaysian Ringgit Currency
All transactions on the cp502 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and account balances — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Users are solely responsible for any currency conversion fees incurred when using international payment methods.
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. cp502 does not accept third-party deposits. Available payment methods include FPX (internet banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, and local bank transfer.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, subject to satisfactory identity verification. cp502 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process has been fully completed.
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of payment terms will be blocked immediately. cp502 reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

Suspension, Account Closure & Liability Limits
Cp502 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, provision of false information, or violation of applicable laws.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the cp502 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded once the verification process is complete, provided there are no active breaches of the terms.
Cp502 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of: platform technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, user errors when entering betting information, or events beyond the platform's control (force majeure).
Cp502's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. cp502 makes no guarantees regarding betting outcomes or returns.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the cp502 platform — including names, logos, interface designs, text, images, and software code — is the property of cp502 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from cp502.
The cp502 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. cp502 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third-party terms.
Cp502 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operations in the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the cp502 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties involved. If negotiations fail, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction. Users agree that any legal action must be filed within 12 months from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim.
